PRICING:
Pricing estimates are created on a per-project basis. Estimates are valid for orders placed within 30 days. Once an order is placed, quantities and prices indicated on the final estimate are considered an agreement to purchase. Tango Graphics reserves the right to change prices without notice. Pricing changes may be affected by an increase or decrease in supplier, service and/or production costs. Graphic Design services include up to three rounds of revisions.  Extra costs may be added after a third revision.

TIMELINE:
A timeline will be estimated and sent to you. Tango Graphics is not responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed client action or response. Any delays caused by the client will postpone the estimated completion date. If you need a project done in less than the allotted time frame that was agreed upon, Tango Graphics has the right to charge a rush fee, calculated on the quantity of your order.

PROOF:
It is the customer’s full responsibility to carefully review all proofs for any errors. Be sure to proof spelling, website URLs, phone numbers, addresses, names, etc. Any changes to any and all designs and material must be communicated to Tango Graphics in writing or via email. Tango Graphics cannot guarantee perfect matches to colour swatches or any other given sample from the client. Colors on the screen will vary slightly from the printed colour. Colours will be matched as closely as possible with the given circumstances. Once the final approval is made, any errors beyond that are corrected at the client’s expense, and Tango Graphics is not responsible.

PAYMENT:
There are design fees for all new designs. A deposit of 50% down of the order total is due before design process begins. Cost depends on each individual project. The deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of a design and/or upon product pick up. If final payment and/or design approval does not take place, customer forfeits deposit and contract is terminated. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card and E-mail Transfers.

CANCELLATION:
Tango Graphics is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, which may make it impossible to complete your job in a reasonable amount of time. If the client decides to cancel the project prior to production, it is agreed that the client forfeits full deposit.The client cannot cancel any part of the project once the project has been approved. Once the project is in production, you are responsible for the entire remaining balance as stated in your invoice.

COPYING:
Every custom design created is property of Tango Graphics. All rights reserved to use Tango Graphics custom designs for the purpose of display only, may be considered upon request. Under no circumstances can any custom designs created by Tango Graphics be sold, used commercially, or credited to anything other than Tango Graphics.
